We have always been committed to this, with a constant concern for how and where our products are manufactured, focusing on both sustainability and ethics. In recent years, we have increasingly recognised the important role we play in society and the environmental impact of our products. This is why we have developed several projects to make Knot increasingly sustainable.

Deliver to one of our stores or send to our headquarters - Rua José Pereira 10, 1685-635 Famões, Lisbon - the Knot pieces you no longer wear and that are 'as new', thanks to the high quality of the materials we use.

After we evaluate the condition of the pieces, they are carefully washed and tagged, and made available for sale in the online store.
When you hand in Knot items, you receive Knot+ credit. The value is predefined by item type, and you can consult the price list here. In addition, 5% of the sales from this project are donated to the Gil Foundation, and you are also contributing to a more sustainable Planet.

Where can I drop off the clothes?
At all brand stores and at the Meeting Point. Excludes brand corners at El Corte Inglés. If you don't have a Knot store near you, you can still send to our address by following these steps:
1 Separate all second-hand Knot items that you no longer use, carefully selecting those that are "as new".
2 Place all "as new" items in a box along with a piece of paper with your name, email and phone number.
3 Send the box to the following address: Knot re.love, Rua José Pereira 10, 1685-635 Famões, Lisbon.
4 Our team will contact you after we receive the items to inform you of the Knot+ balance you will receive for the items delivered. If any item sent does not meet all the requirements to be resold, the item will be donated and the corresponding Knot+ balance will not be credited to you.
Is only Knot clothing accepted or do you accept items from other brands?
We will only accept Knot branded items, from any season.
Do you accept all items produced by Knot?
This project is only for children's clothing, therefore hair accessories, toys, shoes, pacifier holders, backpacks, handbags, sleeping bags and adult clothing are not included.
How much Knot+ balance do I receive for each item delivered?
You will receive a predefined value per type of item you are delivering. You can consult the re.love price list here. The balance will be immediately available for use and will be valid for 90 days.
What is the dress code?
The item can only be accepted if it is "as new", meaning it shows no visible damage after use and still has the Knot brand and size label attached. It may not have the composition and washing instructions labels. Please note that the brand reserves the right to decide whether to accept a particular item, and Knot reserves the right not to accept items even if they meet the above requirements, due to typology and stock needs.
When will I be able to buy Re.Love clothes?
re.love garments are now available for sale in the online store, here.
Where are Re.Love pieces sold?
Currently, the items are only available for purchase in the online store. In the future, they may also become available in selected stores.
How much will the Gil Foundation receive?
The Gil Foundation will receive a predefined donation amount per type sold. You can check the donation amount per type in the re.love price list. The amount corresponds to 5% of the sale price of the re.love item.
