1. Commercial Policy
1.1 The Seller operating through the website www.knotkids.com is the company Enoidua, Lda., with VAT ID 508109884, with headquarters at Rua José Pereira 10, 1685-635 Lisbon — Portugal, hereinafter referred to as Knot. Knot has products for sale on the website www.knotkids.com, and "e-commerce" services are exclusively available to end consumers.
1.2 These general terms and conditions of sale exclusively regulate the offer, transmission, and acceptance of orders placed on www.knotkids.com between consumers and Knot.
2. Pricing Policy
2.1 The prices of products displayed on the website include VAT and are all quoted in euros. Please note that changing the delivery country may influence prices, as it is a different market.
2.2 Your total price
The total price specified in the final checkout menu includes taxes and shipping costs. Prices are quoted at the time of order confirmation. Please pay only the exact amount specified in the order confirmation and make individual payments per order.
2.3 Price changes
The prices of the products presented on the website, unless otherwise indicated, will be valid only for the day they are announced, remaining in force for the customer who orders on that date, even if they receive it on a later date. Knot reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.
2.4 Errors in prices
Please note that even though the website is updated with extreme care, it is possible that the price information on the website may contain errors. Knot does not commit to the offer and reserves the right to cancel your order if such an error occurs.
3. Order Security
3.1 The www.knotkids.com store uses security technologies. Your payment information will be encrypted from the moment you log in until your transaction is processed and will not be stored on a public server. Although we use encryption software, the security of information and payments transmitted over the Internet or via email cannot be guaranteed. Knot cannot be held responsible for any damage suffered as a result of using electronic means of communication including, but not limited to, damages arising from failures or delays in the delivery of electronic communications, interceptions or manipulations of electronic communications by third parties, or by computer programs used for communications or transmission of viruses.
3.2 If you choose to pay by Multibanco Reference, we will start processing the order after we have received payment. You will have until 24:00 the day after placing the order to make the payment. After placing the order, if we have not received any payment, it will be canceled. Payments can only be processed if the information to be used for billing can be verified.
4. Retention of Title
Knot retains ownership of the products until full payment for them has been received.
5. Payments
5.1 Payment Methods
You can pay using the following methods: Paypal, Visa, Visa Electron, E-pay, Mastercard, Mastercard Electronic, Maestro, Multibanco, MBway and Klarna. Data collection is done through the most technologically advanced encryption systems (SSL). We also use VeriSign to ensure the protection of your data. We do not accept any other payment method besides those mentioned. Please do not try to pay by any other means not specified. If you do, we cannot be held responsible for loss of payment or any other damages that may arise therefrom.
5.2 Payment processing
If you pay by Credit Card, we will deduct the amount due from your account as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. In the case of payment by Credit Card, all details (e.g., card number or expiration date) will be sent via encrypted protocol to the company that provides remote electronic payment services, without third parties having access to the transmitted information. This information will not be used by Knot except to perform the necessary procedures for the purchase or refund, in case of return, in accordance with the exercise of the right of return or for communication to the police of fraud cases. The purchase price of the products and shipping costs, as indicated on the order form, will be charged to the current account when the purchased products are actually shipped.
6. Quality and Warranty
6.1 Knot only sells products that meet high-quality standards. The main characteristics of each product shown on www.knotkids.com are on the respective product page.
6.2 Products containing silver for sale on www.knotkids.com are legally marked, where applicable. The respective weight and hallmark are indicated. More information on the sale of precious metals can be found in Consumer Information.
6.3 All products have an identification tag. Do not remove the tag from the purchased product if you wish to return it. If you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, Knot reserves the right not to accept the return of products that are returned without the tag or that are damaged or altered from their original condition.
6.4 The products offered for sale on knotkids.com may not exactly correspond to the actual clothing in terms of image and colors, due to the internet browser and monitor used.
7. Product Availability
The fulfillment of all orders placed on the website is subject to stock availability. Knot tries to ensure that all items for sale on the website are in stock, however, it reserves the right not to accept any orders or cancel already confirmed orders for products that are out of stock. In these cases, Knot will inform the customer of this fact and will refund the amount paid or replace the items, according to the customer's preference.
8. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are applied per order. The exact shipping fee will depend on the order value and the location and country where your order will be delivered. For more details on shipping prices by country, please consult the Deliveries menu. If the customer places an order whose value exceeds the minimum order value defined for their country or campaign, shipping will be free.
9. Promotional Codes and Discount Promotions
9.1 Any discount promotions on the final price that Knot may apply will have their terms specified at all times, including start and end dates, type of discount, and products included in the promotion. You can find information about current promotions on the Current Promotions tab.
9.2 Offers on the website are valid only for the time they are displayed on the website, unless otherwise communicated on the website. Knot is not bound by any offer if there are errors or mistakes in spelling, prices or other information on the website. Knot reserves the right to cancel any purchase and sale concluded under such errors.
9.3 One type of online promotion used is promotional codes that Knot may distribute. When used in accordance with established rules, a promotional code entitles the user to benefit from a promotion/discount related to the purchase of a specific product or a set of products, during the period indicated/associated with the promotional code/promotional campaign.
9.4 Promotional codes can only be used for online purchases made on the www.knotkids.com website. The sale, exchange, or donation of a promotional code is not permitted. The customer holding the promotional code cannot upload or make a promotional code available on any website or other public form of offer, donation, sale, or exchange. The use of promotional codes for commercial purposes is not permitted. Promotional codes are not exchangeable for money.
9.5 Without prejudice to any other rights, Knot has the right to immediately invalidate the promotional code if Knot has reasons to suspect that a promotional code is being used in violation of the above assumptions, by usurpation or in other cases where Knot has reasons to proceed in this way.
10. Right of Free Resolution of Contract
10.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 calendar days, without needing to provide any reason. The deadline for exercising the right of free withdrawal expires 30 days from the day following the day on which the product was received.
10.2 In order to exercise your right of free withdrawal, you must communicate your decision to withdraw from this contract to Knot by means of an unequivocal statement. For example, by letter sent by post to the address: KNOT ONLINE, Enoidua, LDA, Rua José Pereira, 10, Famões, 1685-635 Lisbon. You can also inform us by email to support@knotkids.com or through your customer account, by clicking the "Return" button associated with an item in your order.
For the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient that your communication regarding the exercise of the right of free withdrawal is sent before the end of the withdrawal period.
10.3 All products have an identification tag. Do not remove the tag from the purchased product if you wish to return it. If you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, Knot has the right not to accept the return of products that are returned without the tag or without the original intact packaging if applicable, that have been opened, that have been altered from their original condition, or have been used or damaged.
10.4 In case of termination of this contract, the full value of the returned products will be refunded to you no later than 14 days from the date on which Knot is informed of the decision to terminate this contract, provided that the goods have already been returned. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used in the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise by you; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of such a refund. Knot may withhold the refund until it has received the returned goods.

Enoidua, Lda, aware of the importance of issues related to personal data protection, and as the entity responsible for processing data collected at www.knotkids.com, would like to provide some important information to users, without prejudice to consulting the full text of the company's Privacy Policy.
12.1 Personal data we collect
When creating and registering your online account at www.knotkids.com, you will be asked for the following personal data so that you can use the website to place your orders: name, email, phone contact, and delivery/billing address.
12.2 Purpose of data processing
Your data is collected so that you can purchase our products, use our website, so that we can contact you, or deliver your order as part of the sales service.

13. Information on the website
Although Knot operates its website with all due care, information, texts, graphic documents may contain errors or be incomplete or incorrect. Knot cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from the use (or inability to use) the website, including damages caused by viruses or any inaccuracy or imperfection of the information, unless such damage is the result of intent or negligence on the part of Knot.
15. Amendment of Terms & Conditions by Knot
Knot has the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. The customer is subject to the principles and terms in force at the date of their order, unless the law or competent authority imposes any alteration to them.
