Terms and Conditions

  1. Knot+ is the customer engagement programme of the Knot brand, and functions as a virtual customer card. The Knot+ programme is valid at Knot's own commercial establishments and at www.knotkids.com, owned by the company Enoidua, Lda., with NIPC 508109884, with headquarters at Rua José Pereira 10, 1685-635 Lisbon. Knot corners in El Corte Inglés are excluded from this programme.
  2. All customers who have registered as a customer in Knot stores or at www.knotkids.com are beneficiaries of the programme. Any individual over 16 years of age may open a customer account and join Knot+, provided they provide the mandatory data, and Knot reserves the right to refuse to open a customer account.
  3. Opening a customer account implies acceptance of Knot's Privacy Policy and authorisation for the processing of personal data in accordance with the provisions therein and the purposes described therein, as well as acceptance of these general terms and conditions for the functioning of the Knot+ programme.
  4. The Knot+ programme allows its beneficiaries to be rewarded for their preference in purchasing Knot products, through access to exclusive discounts and offers.
  5. The customer will be awarded a discount value corresponding to 10% of each purchase in a Knot store and at www.knotkids.com, which can be used from the following day. In the case of purchases in outlet stores, the discount value to be awarded will be 5% of the total purchase. The value of shipping costs or other services charged by the brand are not taken into account for the purpose of assigning a discount value.
  6. The discount value is accumulated as a balance in the customer account and cannot be transferred, in whole or in part, to another person.
  7. Occasionally, Knot may launch campaigns in which the discount percentage to be awarded will be greater than 10%/5%, or directly award a discount value to a group of customers.
  8. In the case of exchanges, the credit note used in the final purchase does not generate a new discount value; only the value of the difference between the value of the new item and the value of the credit note will be considered for assigning a discount on the next purchase.
  9. In the event of a return of an online purchase, the discount value awarded will be deducted from the balance to be refunded, but the discount will also be returned as a credit to be used in a future purchase.
  10. The discount value does not constitute a credit, nor is it convertible into cash, and can only be used as a discount on a purchase.
  11. The discount value awarded is valid for 90 days and can be used to purchase products not subject to campaigns or promotions, and it is the customer's responsibility to monitor the expiration dates of their savings balance. As a courtesy, Knot may send the customer a notice of the approaching expiration date of the balance. However, this sending is not an obligation of Knot nor can Knot be held responsible if the customer has not received the aforementioned notice.
  12. The discount balance can be used in a purchase without a minimum value limit, but only up to 50% of the respective purchase value.
  13. The customer can only use the discount value accumulated in purchases registered in their customer account.
  14. The customer may choose not to use the accumulated discount value, but if they choose to apply it, it will always be used in full and cannot be used in part. However, if the accumulated discount value is greater than 50% of the purchase value, the customer will keep the difference as a balance to use in another purchase, within the initial period.
  15. If the customer has redeemed the balance in an online purchase and this purchase is subsequently cancelled due to non-payment, the customer must request a refund of the used balance by sending an email to support@knotkids.com.
  16. The customer can check the current balance of their assigned discount value in a Knot store, through Customer Support, or at www.knotkids.com, once logged in.
  17. Knot may at any time change or replace the rules for assigning and benefiting from discount values or other rules contained in these Terms and Conditions, without being obliged to communicate this in advance to its customers.
  18. Knot may define additional offers for the beneficiaries of the programme, such as birthday offers and other exclusive offers.
  19. Knot may notify the customer of personalised information relating to the Knot+ Programme, namely regarding the balance of the accumulated discount value, expiration dates of the discount value, birthday offers and other exclusive offers. This information will be sent by email and only when the customer, under the terms of the Privacy Policy, has authorised the brand to send marketing communications relating to discounts and offers. The customer who has not authorised the sending of this type of communications may, in any case, benefit from the programme, once the processing of their personal data has been authorised.
  20. All doubts or other questions related to the Knot+ programme should be submitted by email through support@knotkids.com. You can also contact Customer Support by phone, at (+351) 93 277 09 09 (call to national mobile network), on weekdays, from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00.
  21. Knot reserves the right not to assign a discount value or to exclude a customer from the programme, permanently deleting their account and all registered data, when fraud or improper use of the programme has been detected or there is a well-founded suspicion of such.
